How Much Does Remedy Fitness Cost

The cost of Remedy Fitness varies depending on the length and frequency of your training sessions, as well as the number of sessions you book. We offer competitive pricing and package discounts, and our trainers will work with you to find a plan that fits your budget and goals.

Do I Need To Have Any Equipment At Home?

No, you don't need to have any equipment at home. Our trainers bring all the necessary equipment, including dumbbells, resistance bands, and yoga mats, to provide you with a full-body workout.

What if I Have an Injury or Physical Limitation?

Our trainers are experienced in working with clients with a range of limitations and injuries. We will work with you to develop a personalized workout plan that takes your limitations into account, and we will provide modifications and alternative exercises as needed.

Can I Train With a Friend or Partner?

Absolutely! We encourage this as it increases motivation and accountability. We're even able to discount the second (or third) person. Our trainers can design a workout plan that caters to both of your fitness levels and goals.

How Often Should I Train?

The frequency of your training sessions will depend on your fitness goals and availability. We recommend training with us at least two to three times per week to achieve the best results.
