  • MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT: I'll guide you through basic movements, helping us understand your current fitness level, any potential pain points, and allowing us to adapt the workout to any prior injuries or limitations you might have.

  • TAILORED WORKOUT: The second half of the session is all about getting active. Based on your consultation and movement assessment, I'll customize a workout on the spot that is both challenging and achievable.

  • ACTIONABLE PLAN: Post-workout, you'll receive a clear, concrete fitness and diet plan. This includes actionable steps to reach your fitness and aesthetic goals, taking into consideration your body's current strengths and limitations.
