Cancellations and Rescheduling

1. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

2. If a session is cancelled between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled time, a $20 cancellation fee will apply unless the session gets rescheduled for some time in the next three days.

3. If a session is cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled time, you will be charged a fee equivalent to half of your session rate.

Please understand that our trainers’ time is valuable, and last-minute cancellations can often be challenging to fill. This policy ensures that our trainers are compensated for their time.

Executive-Level 6-Week Challenge – Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a money-back guarantee for clients enrolled in our Executive-level 6-week challenge. Here’s how it works:

1. If you’re unhappy for any reason after the first two weeks, you’ll receive a full refund and the remaining portion of your 6-week challenge will be cancelled.

2. However, to qualify for this money-back guarantee, you must adhere to the following conditions:

   • Attend all sessions for the first two weeks with no cancellations or reschedules.

   • Track your nutrition metrics as defined by your trainer.

   • Do your best to adhere to the basic nutrition guidelines within those first two weeks.

Please note, the money-back guarantee does not apply if the above conditions are not met.

Remember, by booking a session with Remedy Fitness or signing up for the Executive-level 6-week challenge, you’re agreeing to these terms and conditions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we can’t wait to help you on your fitness journey.
